Review of DaRiMi Kidz Ruched Set

I have a grandbaby on the way in Arizona, so buying this just made sense. It is very cute and the material is soft and stretchy.I was half tempted to buy one in each size so she would have another one as she grows out of them, but figure I'll wait to see what Mom thinks of it and also to make sure it performs as suggested.

7/9/09 Update - Okay so the grandbaby ended up being a boy.Luckily I knew a little girl that was on the way and passed my original purchase on the her and placed another order for this one DaRiMi Kidz All-In-One Short Sleeve Orange/White 6-12 Months. He's just now growing into it and Mom is happy to have the protection.

This union suit is so soft! It's WONDERFULLY comfy and really cute. I docked it one star because I suspect it will wear out quickly. The material is pulling apart a little around the snaps already - we've only worn it three times. As long as it holds together otherwise I'll put it on my daughter anyway. I recommend it because it's so comfy - just be aware that it's not as well-made as some other clothes I've purchased. Also, the material is very thin so it's not very warm. I put it on under warm clothes or around the house. It's not enough by itself when it's cold.

I have to agree with other reviewers that these run small.I have a petite 3 year old and we ordered the 4T based on others' reviews.He doesn't wear 4T in anything else, but these boxers fit him perfectly.We were struggling with potty-training.Apparently briefs felt too much like a diaper b/c they are snug-fitting.I looked everywhere for boxers and these were by far the best price I could find.And they've done the trick.We are well on our way to becoming potty-trained thanks to switching to boxers!

Review of Girls WHITE FIRST COMMUNION Dress SOPHIAS STYLE Boutique Girl 7-14

This dress is pretty. The size was reasonably close to the sizing chart. The "white" satin was a little darker (off-white) than I expected, but still pretty -- in fact it may flatter some skin tones more than bright white.However, I was disappointed in the beadwork:
- the two rows of beads at the waist were not parallel, so that the embellished design was uneven across the front of the dress
- the embroidery at the neckline is lacking a row of beads (only one row of beads instead of two like the waist)

The dress appears to be a copy of a "Lito" brand dress. Perhaps the authentic Lito dress has more careful beading, but it does have a higher price.

In my opinion Kee-Ka makes some of the nicest layette items and they are wonderful for gift giving.I bought set this along with several other items having never heard of Kee-Ka before.

When I opened the Amazon box I was pleasantly surprised to find another box inside, but much much nicer.It was sealed up with a band across the middle noting what was in the box.If you wanted to you could stick on a address label and some postage and it would be all ready to ship off. I decided to open it to see what the set looked like and I was even more impressed.It is very soft and perfect for a new baby.Each item had the print I ordered on it - those cute little monkeys.

The fact that Kee-Ka uses Certified Fair-trade organic materials and packages them in eco-friendly boxes really impressed me.I will proudly give these as gifts.

I hesitiated to buy these bibs ater I read the first reveiw, but I am so glad I did.Although the description is incorrect and the bibs are tie not velco closure, this is a plus for our little girl who loves to pull her bib off.These bibs are super-easy to clean in the sink or the washing machine.They have not stained, and have held up very well through numerous washings. The only reason I don't give this bib a 5 is because the neck opening is large, and collars can sometimes get messy.Over all the best bib I've found for keeping laps and sleeves clean and dry.I'm ordering more.

Review of New Jammies Footsie Romper Carrot Top Kisses

These might work better for an infant than a toddler. First of all, they do not have no-skid feet--bad for my new walker. Second, they do not have any shape to them. It was like sticking my kid in a pillow case for sleep...not ideal. Oh well.
The 2-piece version of New Jammies are our favorite though, love 'em.

I bought this suit for my 5 year old daughter who was going to be at summer camp.At camp, the kids swim twice a day in the lake and are outside most of the day. even though these are organic cotton the material is extremely cheap and not soft. they are not the same standards of under the nile or sage creek. sage creek is the best if you're looking for organic jammies and they often have sales.

Review of Mullins Square Dragonfly Baby Costume, Aqua Check - 6-18 Months

The costume is well made and adorable.The only thing to consider is the child's height.My toddler is not heavy so she met the specified weight and she isn't "tall" by any means but she is a little too tall for the costume.I would not recommend this costume if your little one is over 30" tall.This is not a complaint just something to consider... it really is a GREAT costume!! Even being a little tall for it, she pulls it off and it is adorable!

Review of Sozo Coverall

This is about the cutest baby sleeper I've seen. However, the drawbacks are numerous.On first use, two of the snaps broke--I hadn't even gotten the sleeper on the baby yet!Secondly, the little red cuffs in the picture are pretty cute, but on the actual sleeper (after one washing) they come undone and are not well made at all.My baby has slept in this twice and now there are a total of 3 snaps broken.The construction and placement of the bottom snaps (in addition to breaking off) is cumbersome.I don't enjoy wrasslin' a baby at bedtime to get them in their pj's.I would not recommend that anyone expecting high quality buy this.I would have given it one star if not for the cuteness and rockets.

Review of IPlay Babywear Organic Bodysuit Fruit and Veggie

I have the blueberry and the peas in newborn size.Love them - soft fabric, washes easily, vibrant colors. I didn't get as much use out of them as I'd like because I didn't particularly like pulling onesies over my newborn's head (i preferred onesies that snapped).Because of that, I'd recommend getting these in larger sizes so baby can wear them when his neck muscles are developed.

Review of New Jammies Footsie Romper Tickle Me Tangerine

These are the best "Jammies" I've ever found.They are adorable, don't
fade, the fit is true to age/size. They DON'T SHRINK, fantastic.

Thank you so very much, after wasting so much money on other wear 3 times
and throw out PJ's, I don't have to look any further. By the way we have all of the prints.
I don't know if the manufacturer will ever see this review, but great work
on a SOFT fine organic product.Can I get a bulk price, % all my friends want them now...... Thanks
